's final, and hardest commision. She wanted a palomino pegasus with arabian ancestry which was supposed to show a little in the mare's build. Her wings were supposed to match her coat, except for their tips which were bright orange. The background and theme she left up to me, but said it "shouldn't look too happy". Hopefully I was able to make something like she had in mind!
I made this piece over Thanksgiving break, which was probably lucky for her, since if I hadn't had a week's break to focus my mind on the project of manipping a pegasus, I probably would never have finished XD.



It's been so long since I've attempt a full-body pegasus! Admittedly I was nervous for it, but I'm super-pleased at how it came out! I really like the orange wing tips - they were actually quite easy! The background's colors were amazing to work with (I looove how the color theme came out!), but the blurring was tough since the trees in the middling-foreground were brushing again the sky in the background. I'm still not sure I got it all right.
